Hi there!
To start off it visually looks like it could be a screenshot from a game, so kudos for you there!
The textures look realistic and really look like their given materials, however it seems to get a bit noisy. The checkered floor with the brick wall makes it a bit chaotic. I think that making one of them, say,  a dirty concrete kind of material would help ^^ I think changing the floor would be better, because then it will ground the scene better and will bring the characters out more.

Since the colors of everything is a more brownish hue causing things to lose focus. I'd say either make the characters and creatures brown or the environment, that way it won't get too muddied up and will really bring out those nice models that you have made ^^

The lighting is not bad, is there a window from above and below? Some areas make it a bit confused about what's going on with the lights.  There's a strong light that is on the poles by the door and down on the character. Is it coming from behind the character too, because the light from the poles makes me think there should be. So I think really knowing what direction the light is coming from would help. The shadows are nicely rendered ^^

As for composition, I think having the shooters perspective as it aims down towards the zombie by the door would make the scene more intense and really bring the viewer in. Think of like an over the shoulder shot.

Overall you have nice models and textures, just bringing out the colors and changing your camera angle could help strengthen the piece. I hope this has helped ^^
